Oh no! I’m working through an injury right now. This is a modified workout for people with limited mobility- like ME! I injured my knee bike racing (vlog coming soon) so here is how I’m staying fit. You can repeat this video as many times as you can– 3x =30min. No equipment needed but if you have hand weights or cans, that’s a plus!
